Body-Mind Movement program is shortened version of the Organ-Focused Healing Course.

For everybody who likes to understand better the psycho-somatic patterns and discover healing potential of the healthy movement.

Aimed for health-care professionals, however interested members of the public are welcome too.

 

Education

Our programs are multi-day retreats that give participants ample time to learn healing techniques that they can then implement in their daily life.

The Body-Mind Movement program is for anyone who wants to learn more about the physiological processes of the body and discover and support its self-healing power.

CONTENT

The price of the whole 7-day program is 1790 EURO only.

What is included?

intensive healthy educative program under leadership of experienced specialists 7-8 hours/ day (except for reduced schedule on the arrival and departure day)

What is not included?

– transport to the site and personal insurance

Each participant will receive a special Mehana certificate of completion.

More information about the program

The program starts at 6 PM on day 1 and ends at 2 PM on day 7 

Participation is without age limit. The program is intended for participants in good health. The physical load of the exercise is light to moderate. Each participant is responsible for his/her own health condition. Participants are responsible for adapting the physical activities to their health limits.

Don’t worry at all about your language skills! Basic knowledge is OK. We all use English only as a means of communication. Btw., the program is based primarily on practical skills.

Yoga mats are available at the center. No other special equipment necessary.

The facility offers 10 comfortable cosy twin rooms, rooms for 3-5 people and shared bathrooms. The centre also includes a sauna, a charming garden and a natural swimming pool with clear water.
